Chef Rob Klink has finally left his ten year post as Executive Chef of Oceanaire Seafood Room in Washington D.C to do his own thing in Calvert County, which is situated between the Patuxent River & Chesapeake Bay 30 minutes south of Annapolis & 45 minutes south of D.C. He is cooking up juicy steaks, fresh seafood, pasta and burgers. Pam is up to her old tricks with great cheescakes and her almost famous Outragous Double Chocolate

We are still employing people with special circumstances during the day, still paying them a decent wage, and teaching them to bake things Pam's way (which isn't such a bad thing).
If you come by when we open our doors, you are welcomed with the unmistakable aroma of our Fair Trade coffee blends, featuring Larry's Beans. Come for a bagel fresh from the oven or a Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich for a late breakfast; try our Little Dude Sandwich on your lunch break with friends or co-workers; stop by with the kids for a scratch baked cupcake; or snuggle up in one of our comfy chairs with a good book and a latte or fruit smoothie.
Dinner will greet you with mouthwatering preparations of seafood, pasta dishes, and steaks.
